Refund policy

SPICY COLADA RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on all our clothing pieces, except for jewelry and accessories, within 7 days from the date you received your order only if the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

If so, a credit to the store will be issued under the name of the buyer. Unfortunately, we will not offer any refund. SALE items cannot be returned!

RETURNS COST

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Spicy Colada for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
