How do I return an item? – For returns, you can email us at info@spicycolada.com. Please provide your full name, email and reason for returning the item. Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Can I exchange an item that is damaged? – Yes! We will gladly exchange your item if it’s damaged and doesn’t look used. 

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?  For customers purchasing from Puerto Rico the state and municipal taxes will be charged at checkout.

How soon will my order arrive? – Spicy Colada uses USPS shipping services for all orders.

For local orders (within Puerto Rico) takes from 1-2 business days to arrive after the order is shipped. For orders outside of Puerto Rico, the estimated arrival is between 3-4 days.

Note that international orders may delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

How can I track my order? Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

What is your return policy?  Please refer to Returns and Exchange Policy in our Links session. 

What size should I order?  Every swimsuit has a size chart. You can find this size chart at our online store included between the item’s pictures. 

What payment methods does Spicy Colada accept? – We accept all Credit Card Payments. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!
